About JobPilot
JobPilot hands job hunting to an AI agent on your computer. Tell it what kind of job you want and it searches job boards, tailors your resume for each posting, fills in and sends the application in a normal browser window signed in as you, writes to recruiters and keeps track of replies. The JobPilot website shows where every application stands, and daily application and message limits are enforced by the server, not the AI. The agent runs inside Claude Code or Codex on your own subscription, so there is no API key and no separate bill.
Can you use your ChatGPT plan in JobPilot?
Yes. Your ChatGPT plan, through Codex. JobPilot's own page says: "It uses the Claude or Codex subscription you already have, and asks you when it needs a decision."
How to connect your plan
Claude Pro or Max
- In Claude Code, add JobPilot's plugin marketplace and install the jobpilot plugin.
- Run
/jobpilot:setup; it installs the terminal host, starts the agent and opens the dashboard. - The agent runs inside Claude Code and uses your Claude subscription; no API key.
ChatGPT Plus or Pro
- In Codex, add JobPilot's plugin marketplace and add the jobpilot plugin.
- Run setup; it installs the terminal host, starts the agent and opens the dashboard.
