About Somora

Somora runs a personal team of AI agents on your own machine, each with its own character, private memory and tool permissions, delegating to each other and turning what they learn into a shared long-term wiki while they sleep. You can flip between Claude on your Claude subscription, ChatGPT on your ChatGPT subscription, Grok or local models in the middle of a conversation.

Can you use your ChatGPT plan in Somora?

Yes. Your ChatGPT subscription, through the bundled Codex. Somora's own page says: "Flip between Claude (your Claude subscription), ChatGPT (your ChatGPT subscription), Grok, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint"

How to connect your plan

Claude Pro or Max

Install somora: npm install -g somora.
Run somora auth login (Claude Code is bundled) and sign in with your Claude subscription.
Run somora setup and pick Claude in the Models step.

ChatGPT Plus or Pro

Install somora: npm install -g somora.
Run somora codex login (Codex is bundled) and sign in with your ChatGPT subscription.
Run somora setup and pick ChatGPT in the Models step.
