About Eidon
Eidon is a self-hosted AI platform in one Docker image: a team of agents led by a Chief of Staff that delegates to specialists, each with its own browser, memory and files, plus an everyday chat for quick questions, scheduled automations and phone alerts. Your data stays in a single file on your server. Eidon ships no API key; you add provider profiles, and a ChatGPT subscription profile routes chats through your ChatGPT Plus or Pro subscription by device-code sign-in, instead of an OpenAI API key.
Can you use your ChatGPT plan in Eidon?
Yes. Your ChatGPT Plus or Pro subscription, through a ChatGPT subscription provider profile (device-code sign-in). Eidon's own page says: "Eidon can route chats through a ChatGPT Plus or Pro subscription instead of an OpenAI API key, the same way Codex CLI, Pi, and opencode do."
How to connect your plan
ChatGPT Plus or Pro
- In Settings, Providers, add a profile with Provider type ChatGPT subscription and complete the device-code sign-in.
