About Chro
Chro is a local-first workspace that is part notes vault, part agent control room. Feed it your knowledge as markdown, describe the outcome you want, and parallel agents from Claude Code or Codex browse, generate and code in isolated git worktrees while their changes stream back as live diffs. It has a built-in editor and git, and nothing reaches your branch until you approve it. Chro is free during beta and works with your Claude Code or Codex subscription: sign in with your account and use the subscription you already have.
Can you use your ChatGPT plan in Chro?
Yes. Your ChatGPT plan, through Codex. Chro's own page says: "Yes, chro works with your Claude Code or Codex subscription."
