About ASIST
ASIST is an assistant you talk to, and it answers in its own voice. Weather, events, mail, to-dos and news appear as cards beside the conversation, mini apps hold tasks, notes, mail and your calendar, and longer research or file edits go to the codex or claude CLI once you approve them. It remembers each day's conversations and works in eleven languages. ASIST can hold the conversation on your ChatGPT Plus or Pro plan through OpenAI's Sign in with ChatGPT, with no API key.
Can you use your ChatGPT plan in ASIST?
Yes. Your ChatGPT Plus or Pro plan, through Sign in with ChatGPT, for the conversation; conversations count towards your plan's usage. ASIST's own page says: "ASIST can hold the conversation on your ChatGPT Plus or Pro plan through OpenAI's "Sign in with ChatGPT"."
How to connect your plan
