About ebi Agent Chat Relay

ebi Agent Chat Relay (ccdb, formerly Claude Code Discord Bridge) runs coding agents from Discord or Microsoft Teams, with Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, a local model or an AG-UI agent behind the same conversation. It shells out to the official CLIs, so Claude Code uses your Claude Pro/Max subscription and Codex your ChatGPT Plus/Pro/Business subscription, with approvals and questions as buttons in the chat.

Can you use your ChatGPT plan in ebi Agent Chat Relay?

Yes. Your ChatGPT Plus/Pro/Business subscription, via codex login. ebi Agent Chat Relay's own page says: "Claude Code uses your existing Claude Pro/Max subscription via the claude CLI's claude login. Codex uses your existing ChatGPT Plus/Pro/Business subscription via the codex CLI's codex login."

How to connect your plan

Claude Pro or Max

Install the Claude Code CLI and authenticate with claude login.
Start ccdb and use /backend claude in a Discord thread to run it on Claude Code.

ChatGPT Plus or Pro

Install Codex with npm install -g @openai/codex, then run codex login.
Start ccdb and use /backend codex in a Discord thread to run it on Codex.
