nitpicker
Multi-model adversarial code review in your terminal and CI that can authenticate through your ChatGPT Plus or Pro subscription.

About nitpicker
nitpicker pits models against each other to review code: a reviewer explores the repo with tools and subagents to find plausible bugs, and a validator tries to falsify each claim with real repo evidence, so only surviving findings make the report. You can mix model families (Claude, GPT, Gemini) or pair frontier models with cheaper ones. With the Codex CLI logged in, nitpicker reuses that login, so a ChatGPT Plus or Pro subscription covers the review without a separate API key.
Can you use your ChatGPT plan in nitpicker?
Yes. Your ChatGPT Plus or Pro subscription, by reusing the Codex CLI's login (~/.codex/auth.json). nitpicker's own page says: "If you have a ChatGPT Plus or Pro subscription and the OpenAI Codex CLI installed, nitpicker can authenticate through your subscription without a separate paid API key"
How to connect your plan
ChatGPT Plus or Pro
- Run codex login once, then set a reviewer with auth = "codex" in nitpicker's config.
